Privacy in the guided prototype
Where data lives: Everything you write stays in this browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to a server, and there is no account.
Saving: Work is saved when you press Save, or automatically only if you turn on Autosave. Facilitator mode keeps its own separate storage: the current stage, which discussion cues were ticked, and group show-of-hands counts — never names or responses. Replay clears ticks and timers; participant work is untouched.
Sharing: No sharing exists. Coaches, sponsors and organizations cannot see your work. Group overviews hide groups under 10 and suppress small cells.
AI: No AI is used. Stakeholder dialogue is scripted, and the debrief is a keyword pattern check that may misread plain or unconventional writing.
Your control: Export, import, print or erase from the Portfolio. Erasing here does not affect files you downloaded. Clearing browser data also erases it.
Use fictional details only. Don't enter real names, student information or confidential facts.
Not yet in place: a formal retention policy, account deletion, and a contact address — these will be added when connected features launch.
